| Moving On!
I am sure you will all agree with me that it has been an exhilarating first 5 months of the year for all of us in the worship ministry ö from the various changes within the ministry leadership, to the Zion Conference, to the recently concluded special meetings ö the Lord has been advancing in a wonderful mighty way.
This summit marks a strategic point for us to take-stock, to regroup, refocus but also to have fun and fellowship and to strengthen bonds and relationships with one another.
It is also a time for me to renew and to recast the vision for all of us. I will also be sharing on the mission, goals and various strategies that we will be working towards in the next 6 months or so. These were previously discussed with the various departments and team leaders over the past weeks with much prayer and seeking the Lordās mind on them.
Ultimately, today is a time for us to allow the Holy Spirit to align us to His ways and purposes.
We are crossing over into new territory, on where we have never been before ö weāre entering into the BIG promises of God· mountain-sized promises! But we know that our Captain of the Lord of Hosts has spoken, and so we must be careful to advance only where He leads us to. This is a new thing, with new challenges, new giants - but the battle belongs to the Lord!
When the children of Israel crossed over the river Jordan into the Promised Land, they had already seen and experienced the Lordās remarkable leading and guidance for 40 years in the desert ö a cloud by day and a pillar of fire by night! Yet when they entered into the Promised Land, it was going to be so dramatically different from what they had experienced before. It required a new mindset for this new thing, this new move of the Lord.
The key is to follow after the Lord with all our heart, to have a different spirit, to have a heart after Godās own heart·
And so, I encourage you my dear brothers and sisters, today let us seek His face in the stronghold of worship, intimacy and fellowship, of knowing our position as sons of our Eternal Father and King.
The trumpet is sounding the advance·
So it was, whenever the ark set out, that Moses said:
ćRise up, O LORD!
Let Your enemies be scattered,
And let those who hate You flee before You.ä
Numbers 10:35
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ.
