Cornerstone International

Since the inception of Cornerstone Community Church, missions have been ingrained into who we are. It is in our life-blood. The call to be a house of prayer for all nations and to put feet to our prayers for the nations are indelible qualities that have been seared into the DNA of who we are.

Over the years, we have seen this vision become reality. To-date we have church plants in almost a dozen nations and a wide network of associated churches in the nations.


Overview
We believe firstly that the mandate of God with regards to mission work is expressed through the church, both as the entity of focus of Jesus Christ as well as being the pillar and ground on which everything else is built upon.
(Matthew 16:18 ; 1 Timothy 3:15 )

At the same time, we believe that every work we do has to be established by both the apostolic and prophetic. We believe in hearing the clear prophetic direction of the Lord and the apostolic sending of labourers to plant and build in the nations. (Ephesians 2:19-22 )

We also believe that every situation we face is unique, and while we hold to the core principles and values expressed in the Word of God, we work to keep our methodology flexible and adaptable to the varying conditions and challenges that we encounter in the nations.
