What is Cornerstone Kakis programme?
The Cornerstone Kakis programme is a structured initiative by Cornerstone Community Services (CCS), designed for seniors aged 50 and above from all walks of life.
It integrates active ageing activities around Katong/Joo Chiat/Orchard Towers area by encompassing five key domains:
• Physical Fitness
• Cognitive Stimulation
• Social Interaction (Including communal dining)
• Lifelong Learning
• Volunteerism
To meet the varying needs and interests of the seniors, the programme offers elective sessions throughout the week. This approach not only promotes physical and mental well-being but also fosters a sense of community and belonging among seniors.

KAKIS CLUB
KAKIS CLUB
At the core of Cornerstone Kakis programme is Kakis Club, a volunteer-run social club that brings seniors together to participate in a range of different activities. Participants come together for an array of activities such as exercise, singing, games and health education. Kakis Club is designed to encourage our seniors to meet new friends and grow their social circle while engaging in various activities during the session. It also provides an avenue for our seniors to volunteer and contribute back to their community.

FIT KAKIS
FIT KAKIS
Fit Kakis is an exercise programme that utilises Functional Power Training principles that targets strengthening lower limbs and optimise functional ability. At every session, exercises will be tailored to an individual’s level. Music and dual tasking will be incorporated to stimulate participants cognitively.

Sports Kakis is a sport interest group initiated for seniors to stay active and meet like-minded individuals. Participants would be able to engage in new sports on a rotational basis, allowing them to enjoy and learn new sports.

Fun Kakis is an interest group programme where members come together to enjoy a variety of games and activities in a lively and supportive environment. Activities include board games, e-games, ukulele & dance* sessions etc. Through these sessions, members can keep their minds active, learn new skills, and build meaningful friendships, while having fun and bonding as a community.

Marriage Preparation Course

Our Father’s heart is for all to experience complete healing, freedom and wholeness in our body, soul and spirit through the power and anointing of the Holy Spirit. We help individuals connect with God to overcome sicknesses, crippling mindsets, and wounds of the soul.
All are welcome. Prayer handouts will also be distributed to guide beginners.
FM Breakthrough (1-hour ministry session via Zoom)

God has called us to be a House of Healing, to minister healing, deliverance and breakthroughs. It is God’s will for you to experience the abundant life, and live in wholeness (spirit, soul and body) through the atonement at the cross.
In Cornerstone, we have trained teams in various healing ministries to minister to your needs. It is our prayer and desire that you would receive healing and breakthroughs in your life, to experience the love of God, and to know Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour. We pray God’s grace and blessings upon your life, and for you to enter into God’s healing and breakthroughs in your life!

Healing Ministry (Weekend Services)
Our Healing Ministry teams believe in the supernatural healing power of God to bring life, wholeness and love to those suffering from physical ailments, emotional wounds, and breakthroughs in different aspects of their lives (e.g. family, financial, etc).
Our teams are ready to pray with you for your breakthrough during our weekend services.

Arise Ministry
At the heart of the Arise Ministry is a profound mission—to lead individuals toward healing and restoration by addressing the deep issues of the soul. As 3 John 1:2 beautifully expresses, “Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.” When the soul thrives, every aspect of life flourishes, drawing us closer to a vibrant, intimate relationship with God the Father.
Arise is designed to be a group-based ministry, whether in large gatherings or smaller, more personal settings. It offers a safe and compassionate space where participants are not required to disclose personal details but are led by the Holy Spirit to gently uncover hidden hurts and emotional wounds. Through this divine process, healing and transformation take place, allowing each individual to bear the fruits of the Spirit.
