What About God?

Despite the grave mistakes and sins King David committed, God personally testified that he was ‘a man after His own heart, who will do all His will’. How is that even possible? There must be something about David’s heart posture that endeared him to God and that gives us hope. If David can be a man after God’s own heart, so can you.
Two Graces for Finishing Well

One of my favourite classes in school was the one where our teacher would dish out exam tips just before examination. In the ‘exam of life’ that we’re taking, Jesus has also given us some tips on what to focus on and the accompanying grace to finish well. It’s found in the Book of Revelation which we will explore together this weekend.
Face to Face with God

Psalm 103, written by King David, is a well-loved psalm of praise and thanksgiving, recounting and declaring the goodness and mercies of God. Embedded within this psalm is a contrast that seeks not to confuse, but bring clarity so that we find purpose and meaning to our daily lives. The outcome of this is the key to meeting God, face-to-face.
The 6 Waterpots

The story of Jesus turning water into wine is both miraculous and prophetic. It defied science, logic, and reasoning, and is packed with revelatory insights. It’s a story of hope, which began with a problem but ended with a miracle, where the ordinary was transformed into something extraordinary at Jesus’ touch. It contains timeless truths waiting to be discovered because it’s a story about you.
Scaling Mount 119

No other chapter in the Bible extols the wonder and importance of imbibing God’s Word in our hearts than Psalm 119. However, reading this psalm is like scaling a mountain because it’s the ‘longest chapter’ in the entire Bible and most Bible plans even split the reading over a few days. This is an invitation to ascend the mountain of Psalm 119, for precious treasures await those who answer that call.
