IN-PERSON GATHERING

GREAT NEWS! WE CAN NOW SEAT 100 AT CORNERSTONE KATONG.

Starting Sep 12-13, we’ll be doubling our ticketing capacity at Cornerstone Katong from 50 to 100! We can’t wait to see more of you come back for our on-site services.

To comply with safe-management guidelines, our Katong auditorium will be split into Zone A (front half of the auditorium) and Zone B (rear half of the auditorium).

BOOKING OF TICKETS VIA ZONES

If you’re a parent coming with a child who’s attending Cornerstone Kidz, please ONLY book a seat in Zone B. For everyone else, please first select tickets in Zone A. But if that’s all taken up, you can proceed to select tickets in Zone B as well. This is to ensure that parents coming with their children can get seats for themselves. Do note that dismissal of services will be via your respective zone seating to minimise cross-contact. 

ENTRANCE TO THE AUDITORIUM

When you arrive for the service you’ve booked, do enter Odeon Katong via the side entrance at Kipo Eatery on Level 1. If you’re driving, you’ll need to enter by the same entrance as well, so head down via the lifts once you’ve parked. You’ll clear through our on-site registration process at Level 1, and be directed to your respective zone at Level 2 by our friendly ushers.

WHAT ABOUT CORNERSTONE BUGIS?

At the moment, Cornerstone Bugis will remain at 50 attendees per service. But stay tuned, we’re looking forward to having that number increase soon too!

In-Person / Online Services
  1. IN-PERSON SERVICES
    Physical services for our main English services will re-open with limited capacity at the following locations and timings.

    TICKET BOOKING

    Due to the limitations on the number of attendees in Phase 2, entrance into physical church will strictly be on a ticketed basis. Walk-ins will not be allowed. Tickets will be released every Friday at 12pm. Once the quota of tickets have been fully taken up, registration will close. For a step-by-step guide on how to book your tickets, please click here.

    As tickets are limited, please do not book them unless you’re able to attend. Ticket cancellations should be done at least 24hours prior to a service via email to tickets@cscc.org.sg. Absent bookings will be disallowed from future bookings. Don’t worry if you can’t get tickets on a weekend, you can always try again the following week. In the meantime, do continue tuning in to our online services!

    Cornerstone Kidz will be resuming services for kids between 7–12 year olds at the following locations/timings:

    GENERATIONS (YOUTH)

    Generations Youth Service will take place every Saturday (except for the 1st Saturday of the month) at:
    Sat 1.30pm

    To facilitate a smooth check-in, please come 15min before service starts.

  1. ONLINE SERVICES
    Online services will continue on Sat 5pm and Sun 10.15am via Facebook and YouTube.
    We encourage vulnerable groups like the elderly and those younger than 7 years old to continue attending our online services for the time being.

SAFETY MEASURES
  1. WAIVER
    You will be required to indicate in a waiver upon booking to declare that you’re physically well and are not in a high-risk group or situation. Those who are unwell or experiencing respiratory/flu symptoms are reminded to stay at home and avoid public contact.

  2. SAFE-ENTRY CHECK IN AND OUT
    Please get your mobile devices or ID ready, as you will be required to scan or submit your personal identification using the Safe-Entry Check-In and Out system when you enter or exit the facilities.

  3. MASK 
    Kindly don your mask at all times when in the service or when moving around the premises.

  1. PERSONAL HYGIENE / DISINFECTION
    Hand sanitisers will be made available throughout the facilities for your use.
    We encourage you to maintain a high level of personal cleanliness and hygiene with regular hand-washing.
    During intervals between services, areas with high touch-points will be disinfected before the next service.

  2. SAFE MANAGEMENT AMBASSADORS
    Our Safe Management Ambassadors will be on-site to assist you and ensure that safety measures are all in place.

  3. SAFE-DISTANCING / CROSS SERVICE CONTACT
    In addition to spaced seating, attendees are reminded to observe the 1m safe-distancing guideline at all times.
    Also, if you’re attending an earlier service, do avoid coming into contact with those attending later.

What to Expect for On-site Services
  1. SERVICE DURATION / PROGRAMME
    Services will be momentarily shortened to just 45min to allow for a 1-hour turnaround time before the next service begins.

  2. WORSHIP

    The worship segment will be pre-recorded and worshippers will be encouraged to convey your heartfelt worship using other forms of expressions rather than singing out loud.

  3. COMMUNION

    For the time being, Communion will only be conducted during our online services on a fortnightly basis.

  4. GIVING

    To facilitate the giving of tithe and offerings, a giving box will be situated at the side of the auditorium. Congregants can give at the end of the service upon exit or via our online giving platforms (encouraged for contactless transactions).

  5. PRAYER / MINISTRY

    There will be no on-site prayer and ministry for now. If you require prayer, our Online Prayer Teams will be available to minister to you. Please get in touch with us at www.bit.ly/csccpray.

  1. GUEST CENTRAL / INFO CENTRAL

    Guest Central will be closed for now. Our Info Central will be open at the foyer if you require any assistance or information.

  2. CRECHÉ / NURSING FACILITIES

    Creché and Nursing Facilities will be closed until a later time.

  3. BULLETIN

    Physical bulletins will be discontinued. Please download and use the Churchscribe App for your online bulletin updates.

  4. SIGN LANGUAGE TRANSLATION

    There will be no sign language translation for our on-site services. Special arrangements have been made for our online audience who require sign language translation. For more info, please contact us at mail@cscc.org.sg.

  5. MANDARIN TRANSLATION

    There will be no Mandarin translation for our CSCC Bugis services. If you require assistance, please contact us at mail@cscc.org.sg.


Other Aspects of Church
  1. CELL COMMUNITY

    Online meetings have been a very helpful channel for Cell members to connect with the community during this period. This is especially so for those with young children, or those who are overseas or are more vulnerable. As such, we encourage the continued use of online platforms to stay connected.

    Cell communities are encouraged to gather in homes in compliance with regulations on social gatherings, taking into consideration safe-distancing and precautionary measures.

  2. CLASSES

    Water Baptism & our Training and Equipping classes will be conducted online. For more info, visit www.cscc.org.sg/classes.

  3. HIGHER GROUNDS CAFÉ / FAITHWORKS BOOKSTORE
    Higher Grounds Café will remain closed till further notice. Faithworks Bookstore is now open at Odeon Katong. Please note that our Faithworks’ pop up store at CSCC Bugis will remain close. For more info on operating hours, visit faithworks.com.sg.

  1. CHURCH OFFICE OPERATIONS

    While some of our physical office operations have resumed, working from home will still be in order for most of our pastors and staff.
