No on-site services on Jan 30-31.
BOOKING OF TICKETS VIA ZONES
To comply with safe-management guidelines, our Katong auditorium will be split into 5 Zones: Zone A – Front Section, Zone B1 & B2 – Mid Section & Zone C1 & C2 – Back Section. So do take note which zone your ticket indicates, and be seated accordingly.
C2 – Reserved for CSCC Kidz parents only for the following services- Sat 5pm, Sun 8:30am & Sun 10:15am. Bookings made for Zone C2 without a child’s ticket will be voided.
B2 – For those with mobility limitations.
Allocated Restrooms – All our Male restrooms will be converted to Female restrooms in the auditorium during this period. Each zone will have its own allocated restroom and you can only use the one in your zone. For those in Zone B2, the restroom with wheelchair access at the foyer is reserved for your use. So guys, you might want to use the loo before service. But if you really need to go, there are washrooms at Level 1 and 2 you can use.
A gentle reminder – Do stay within your zones at all times and adhere to the ‘No Zone Crossing’ rule, please.
ENTRANCE TO THE AUDITORIUM
When you arrive for service, do enter Odeon Katong via the side entrance at Kipo Eatery on Level 1. If you’re driving, you’ll need to enter by the same entrance as well, so head down via the lifts once you’ve parked. You’ll clear through our on-site registration process at Level 1, and be directed to your respective zone at Level 2 by the ushers.
To comply with safe-management guidelines, Joyden Hall will be divided into Zone A (left side of the hall) and Zone B (right side of the hall). Please refer to your ticket upon arrival to enter the auditorium via the correct entrance.
And let’s remember to keep one other safe by practicing safe-distancing, limiting physical contact and by wearing your masks at all times.
See you real soon!
